Hi, I'm Karly!
I’m a dance educator and content creator who believes movement should feel welcoming, playful, and purposeful, especially for our youngest movers.
â
I work with babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and dancers with disabilities in both studio and online settings. My approach is grounded in early childhood development, sensory awareness, and real-world teaching experience.

Building Skills Through Dance
Motor
Developing fine/gross motor skills, strength, and coordination.
Social Emotional
Connecting with others through movement, music making, and sensory play.
Expression
Encouraging self-expression through movement and song.
Sensory
Exploring the world around them using props, activating sensory systems.
Communication
Encouraging listening skills and emotional expression.
Cognitive
Inspiring creativity, critical thinking and pattern recognition.
Move at Home
Keep the movement going at home with Ms. Karly on YouTube and simple, playful printables.
Brain breaks, stretches, nursery rhymes, finger play, and more. Activities for you and your young dancer to do together.
Remember, the best way for kids to learn is by playing and interacting with caregivers.

Karly is both a talented and compassionate instructor who brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of how to adapt dance for varying abilities.â

She has an incredible knack for connecting with her students on a personal level, making each child feel seen, supported, and valued.

The way Karly accepts all of her students exactly how they are is a true representation of the genuine care she takes in instructing dance and changing dancers' lives for the better.
The inclusion and come as you are environment is extremely important for all the students self esteem and Karly does that so very well!

Tykes Family
We enjoyed the chance to bond and be silly together, the positive environment, the music and Karly's upbeat attitude.
As a parent, the class gave me ideas and activities that I could bring home and do again with my child.
