Service Description
New families: Please complete the Registration & Waiver Form before attending your first class: https://www.mskarlydances.com/park-waiver Join Ms Karly for a joyful morning of music, movement, and connection in the park. Designed for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers, these playful classes invite little ones to sing, dance, explore, and participate at their own pace. We'll move with scarves, instruments, parachutes, and bubbles while building confidence, connection, and community along the way. There is no pressure to perform or participate a certain way. Whether your child jumps right in or prefers to watch before joining, they are welcome exactly as they are. After class, families are invited to stay for open play and enjoy a relaxed morning with friends, fresh air, and plenty of time to connect. Classes take place in beautiful Lafayette Square Park in St. Louis, Missouri.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy All bookings are subject to the following: Single Class Bookings ($15) - Cancellations may be made up to 2 hours prior to the start of class for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class, or failure to attend, are non-refundable. 3-Class Family Pack - Classes must be reserved in advance. - Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to Attendance & Missed Classes Families are responsible for attending classes of their choosing within the session window. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Weather & Instructor Cancellations Classes are held outdoors and may be canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions. If a class is canceled by the instructor: - Single class bookings will receive a full refund - Class pack holders will retain their class credit All weather-related decisions are made at the instructor’s discretion. Families are responsible for checking social media for updates prior to class. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Participation in dance and movement activities involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Karly Pierce Lystad from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses. Supervision Caregivers are required to remain present and are responsible for supervising their child(ren) at all times during class. Health Policy Participants should not attend class if they are experiencing illness or symptoms. Missed classes due to illness are not eligible for refunds or credits. Behavior Expectations Participants are expected to engage safely and respectfully. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Photo & Video Release Classes may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. By attending, you grant permission for your family’s image to be used unless you notify us in writing. Force Majeure Karly Pierce Lystad is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond control, including weather, park closures, or safety concerns.
